  • January 2023- Present 

    Inspired by the design thinking process and analytical work done at R/GA, I left the advertising world to pursue strategty on a higher level. Now I work at KPMG Ignition within Strategic Intelligence and Lab Delivery teams, creating frameworks, conducting research, and facilitating client sessions.

     

    Promoted to Senior Associate on December 2024.

  • January 2022 - January 2023

    I began my media planning journey at R/GA. Their human-centered approach to advertising drew me in and I was intrigued by their design thinking methodologies. 

    Understanding the landscape came quickly. Notably, when the Account Manager (also my Manager) left the company, I stepped up to lead FILA US. For 10 months, I managed all media planning and purchasing in North America until I departed from R/GA. During this period, I also played a pivotal role in planning and executing the global Hailey Bieber FILA Campaign. I managed logistics and coordinated with over 10 vendors across multiple key cities, both locally and internationally.

    Building on my experience in social strategy, I quickly realized that media planning was also just one piece of a much larger puzzle. Eager to make a broader impact, I expanded my role to include strategic initiatives such as developing plan proposals, conducting ethnographic interviews to shape advertising efforts, and facilitating design-thinking workshops to explore innovative ways for R/GA to harness data. This journey sparked a deep passion for human-centered strategy and ultimately inspired me to transition into consulting, where I could further explore the intersection of creativity, strategy, and impact.

  • June 2021 - December 2021

    I left college eager to explore what the world of advertising had in store. My goal at the time was to gain a comprehensive understanding of the psychology behind advertising efforts and how social platforms influence and affect communities. 

    I found this at Syneos Health and their Graduate Trainee program where I honed my social planning abilities within the Health & Life Sciences space and developed an understanding of the driving forces that create communities. However, the limitations of pure social buying and planning became apparent to me, and I started looking towards how social planning fit within the larger picture.
